This is a hands-on service that uses exercises and inquiry to encourage personal growth and development for first responders, veterans, veteran care-givers, health care professionals, and educators. The program involves uncomfortable situations, self-check honest conversations, and shared vulnerability which has led to transformative experiences for participants.

Wellness workshops that provide tools for self-care and personal mental health check-ins.
We provide workshops on breath-work, self massage, mobility, recovery, and much more to those who are least likely to check-in with their mental health or know how to self-heal. We offer a traditional studio yoga class for one client and weekly online meditation classes. Through our workshops, our clients have transformative experiences that lead to personal growth and healing.
