12:00-1:00 PM: Lunch (Aroma Coffee House Charity Check Presentation)

1:00-3:30 PM: BUILD – Inward and outward connection, “The Body Keeps the Score” deep tissue work

3:30-4:00 PM: Closing, connection photos, goodbyes
